Structured job rotations across the business over a two-year program, with four unique rotations selected for each graduate. We use the recruitment process to hone in on your strengths and interests.
Structured professional development, mentoring and coaching throughout the two-year experience.
A permanent home in their appointed business unit/stream. This includes a dedicated manager to assist graduates with their pivotal on-the-job learning as well as a buddy to partner with on the journey.

Online assessments help us understand how you like to work and how you use reasoning to problem solve. The video interview is your opportunity to tell us a bit about who are.
Our assessment centre (AC) will be your chance to meet with some of the Aon team and show us how you interact with others in a group-based setting. As we get to know you, there is the opportunity for you to ask us questions. An AC may be face-to-face or virtual
