Aon’s graduate program - Launch - is a 2 year development initiative for graduates in Sydney and Melbourne. It targets future leaders and technical specialists able to contribute to the success of our business.
 
Through the 'Launch' graduate program at Aon you will:

  • be exposed to different parts of the business through job rotations
  • learn through a structured development as well as on-the-job
  • have opportunities to tackle real business challenges, work collaboratively and build relationships across our organisation

Our volunteers represent the best of Aon by demonstrating a commitment to service that extends beyond our day-to-day business responsibilities and into our communities. Each year, Aon Australia colleagues volunteer with our local partners in addition to the thousands of hours of service devoted to charitable organisations and educational institutions around the world.
