The Aon graduate program – Launch, is a 2 year development initiative for graduates in Australia. It targets future leaders and technical specialists
able to contribute to the success of our business. What can you expect on Launch:
Participants in the Aon Launch graduate program undertake four six-month rotations. Rotations are driven by business need and the desire to ensure our graduates are exposed to the learning opportunities required to be successful in their career at Aon.
The rotations span across multiple areas within Reinsurance Solutions, Retirement Solutions, and Commercial Risk.
On successful completion of the program, you will commence a permanent landing role in your relevant development stream – actuarial & analytics, risk or human capital consulting.
There are a number of structured, on-the-job and professional development activities relevant to the development stream. This starts with a tailored Induction program. During rotation one regular development sessions are held to help you build foundational knowledge about our business. The second rotation includes working as a project team to tackle a real life business challenge. To prepare you for this you’ll learn about innovation and project management. Throughout your final rotations, you’ll participate in alumni activities and self-directed learning.
Where relevant to your development stream, we provide on the job learning to support you to gain industry recognised professional qualifications. We also provide technical training such as survey design, product knowledge, systems usage and any other technical components required to complete the rotation successfully.
